Principle of operation:
The operator loads the fruits onto a calibration belt, where they are automatically distributed in the cells. The stone is removed using a special knock-out spring mechanism, after which the peeled fruits are transported to the next stage of production. The bones are automatically taken to a separate waste compartment. Thanks to reliable mechanisms, the process takes place continuously and with high precision.
