Description
The equipment combines several technological operations in one production cycle, which allows you to significantly reduce manual labor, increase productivity and ensure stable packaging quality. The use of MAP technology with reduced oxygen content helps to significantly extend the shelf life of products without losing their appearance and consumer properties.
Principle of operation:
The operator manually places empty plastic boxes in the cells of the two-position conveyor, after which the system automatically and step-by-step moves them between all technological operations. Two piston dispensers simultaneously fill the containers with the product with a given precision, after which the packaging enters the packaging chamber. In the chamber, vacuuming, air replacement with a modified gas medium and hermetic thermal sealing of containers with a film are performed. After sealing, the excess film is automatically cut off, and its remainder is wound on the receiving roll. Next, the system automatically feeds plastic lids, installs them on containers and presses them for reliable closing. Finished packages are automatically unloaded from the machine and can be transferred for further packaging, labeling or transport.
Equipment advantages:
- The machine performs a full cycle of product packaging — from filling the container to hermetic closure with a lid without the need for separate pieces of equipment.
- Two piston dispensers ensure that two containers are filled simultaneously in one cycle, increasing production productivity.
- The molds are made of food-grade aluminum alloy 6061 with an anodized surface, which ensures high accuracy of container positioning, wear resistance and long service life.
- The machine is equipped with components from the world’s leading manufacturers, including Mitsubishi PLC (Japan), Delta Electronics temperature controllers (Taiwan), Airtac pneumatics, Omron, Chint, Mean Well electrical components and a PUX063 vacuum pump, which ensures stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
- The technology of packaging in a modified gas environment provides a residual oxygen content of up to 0.5%, which allows to significantly increase the shelf life of products.
- The machine body is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, and all surfaces in contact with the product are made in accordance with the sanitary and hygienic requirements of the food industry, which simplifies the cleaning of the equipment and ensures a long service life.
