Description

The STvega Garlic Peeler H50 machine is designed for professional processing of garlic cloves using compressed air. The equipment ensures efficient separation of the husk, maintaining the integrity of the surface and the presentation of the product.

Principle of operation:

The garlic cloves are loaded into the receiving hopper, from where they enter the working chamber for further processing. The process of separating the shell occurs under the influence of a powerful pneumatic flow, which delicately removes the husk without mechanical impact on the core. The built-in drying function helps to separate the husks more efficiently, which significantly improves the final result. The spent husk is automatically discharged through a special pipeline into the prepared container, and the completely cleaned product is unloaded into a container at the bottom of the machine.

Note: the performance and quality of peeling directly depend on the moisture level of the garlic before processing.
