Description
The STvega Frozen Meat Slicer H280 is designed for slicing (slices) of all types of frozen meat and meat products, such as pork, beef, lamb, sausage, ham, at temperatures from -10 to 0 °C. The cutting thickness is adjustable from 0.5 to 100 mm.
The machine, in addition to motors and electrical components, is made of SUS 304 stainless steel. It is easy to maintain and clean, practical, safe and meets food safety standards. This machine can be used as a separate equipment or as part of a production line in medium and large enterprises for the production of meat products in the food and processing industries.
Principle of operation:
Frozen meat is placed by the operator in the loading compartment, where it is subjected to the action of a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism positions the product by firmly pressing it with movable heads, which ensures a high-quality, accurate and even cut. Next, a pusher with a studded surface for better grip and fixation feeds the product to the cutting area. Slicing is carried out with a guillotine knife, which cuts the product into slices of a given thickness. The thickness of the slicing is adjustable by the feeding and slicing speeds, which are adjusted by the operator using the touch screen. The cut product is moved by the operator to the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process. The recommended temperature of the product during cutting is -6 – -5 °C.
