Description

Slicer for delicate cutting of meat and fish STvega Meat Slicer F3000 is designed for cutting fresh chilled meat, offal, fish, poultry, squid fillet into slices of the required size, combines high productivity – up to 3000 kg/h, good workmanship and low energy consumption. The machine has a compact design, practical and safe, made of SUS 304 stainless steel, which makes it easy to clean and maintain.

This equipment is intended for use independently or as part of production lines in meat and fish processing industries.

Principle of operation:

The raw materials intended for slicing are loaded by the operator into the receiving compartment of the machine. Then, under the influence of gravity, the product is lowered down into the slicing area, where it falls on disc rotating knives, which cut it into slices. Further, the cut product through the outlet compartment enters the container for finished products or for the next stage of processing. Slicing sizes are not adjustable and are selected individually for each machine according to the needs of the client (one machine – one size). The recommended temperature of the product during cutting is 0 ⁰C.

Note: This machine is not intended for cutting frozen and frozen food, as well as foods with bones (except for small fish bones).
