Principle of operation:
The product is fed into the receiving compartment, from where it enters the V-shaped conveyor belt. Thanks to the V-shaped design, the raw material is automatically positioned in the center and does not move to the sides during movement. The conveyor smoothly feeds the product to the cutting unit, where a rotating disc with a set of cutting blades is installed, ensuring precise and consistent cutting quality. The minimum cutting thickness is from 1 mm. After cutting, the finished products are automatically displayed in separate containers or on a conveyor for further processing or packaging.
