Principle of operation:
Onions are supplied by means of a feed elevator-conveyor to the machine for trimming the upper and lower parts of the onion. The operator manually places the bulbs in a special individual place so that the upper and lower parts fall on the cutting element. The machine has a conveyor that moves the bulbs to the cutting area. In the cutting area, with the help of a clamping mechanism, the bulb is fixed depending on the size and the upper and lower parts of the bulb are directly pruned. Next, the onion comes out and goes for further processing or goes into the prepared container.

Feed elevator-conveyor – designed to feed the product into a specific machine depending on the technological process. The elevator is equipped with a loading hopper, a movable conveyor belt and a speed controller, which allows you to adjust the feed rate. The feed elevator-conveyor is used as part of production lines in the food and processing industries.

Principle of operation:
