Principle of operation:

During operation, the tank is filled with water, which is heated by heating elements, forming hot steam. Products placed on decks or trays are evenly heated by a stable flow of steam generated by an automatic water inlet and outlet system. The intelligent control system allows you to precisely adjust the temperature, pressure and cooking time, which guarantees optimal preservation of the taste and nutritional qualities of the products. An automatic overflow valve system and water circulation ensure a constant level of humidity, which contributes to efficient steam preparation.
