The STvega Automatic BIB Filling Machine H250 is designed for filling liquid products into Bag-in-Box bags. The equipment is widely used for packaging wine, edible oil, juices, milk, syrups, alcoholic beverages, concentrated seasonings, detergents and other liquid products, providing ease of use and reliable storage of contents.
The machine automates the process of filling Bag-in-Box bags, significantly increases productivity and reduces the labor intensity of bottling. The system ensures accuracy, stability and repeatability of dosing, which is especially important when working with products of different viscosities. Principle of operation:
The operator manually installs the Bag-in-Box bag on the desktop and fixes the neck of the bag in a special gripper. After starting the machine, the device automatically removes the tap cover and pulls it to the side. Next, the filling gun is docked with the neck of the bag, after which the system removes air from the bag and performs precise filling with the product using a pump.
Once filling is complete, the gripper rotates the lid and locks it in place. All stages: vacuuming, dose, speed and filling level control are monitored and adjusted by the operator via the touch screen of the control panel.
