Description
STvega Rice Washing Machine H500 It is designed for washing grain crops such as: rice, peas, beans, barley, sesame, wheat, etc., with running water under pressure with the removal of small stones, sand, dust and other foreign impurities.
Principle of operation:
The initial raw material is loaded into a receiving hopper with a hole in the bottom, where water is supplied. The product with a water stream falls on the first (sandy) separator, where stones and other solid impurities are removed, which are drained with water into a separate tray and screened out on a grate. Then the product gets to the second (float) separator, where, during washing, small and light impurities are removed, which float to the surface of the water and are also discharged into a separate tray. The washed grains with a stream of water through the outlet pipe enter the hopper, where the water is filtered through the bottom with a grate, after which the operator directs the finished product to the next processing step.
Equipment advantages:
- Increased volume of the receiving hopper for a larger one-time loading of the product.
- Thanks to two different separators, the product is additionally cleaned of many types of harmful impurities during washing.
- The machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, reliable and durable in use, fully complies with food safety standards.
