Description
STvega Shrimp Processing Machine is a high-tech equipment for full automation of the shrimp processing process. The machine simultaneously performs three critical operations: a neat incision in the back, removal of the intestinal vein and complete removal of the shell. Thanks to the use of a PLC controller and servo drives, the equipment provides a stable processing quality that cannot be achieved with manual labor, while significantly reducing production costs.
Principle of operation:
Automation of the process begins with the operator laying the shrimp on a special conveyor holder with its back up, after which the clamping system securely fixes the raw materials for further processing. A high-precision knife makes a neat incision along the back, the depth of which is adjusted by software depending on the type of development required, from easy cleaning to a deep butterfly cut. In the next step, a special module removes the intestinal vein using a directed jet of pressurized water, which ensures impeccable purity of the product. The cycle ends with the work of mechanical legs, which delicately separate the shell from the pulp, maintaining the integrity of the tail, after which the finished peeled shrimp enters the receiving tray, and the waste is automatically discharged to a separate area.
Equipment advantages:
- Multifunctionality and flexibility of settings allow you to make different types of cuts (Butterfly, Tail-on, Round) according to customer requirements.
- The intelligent PLC control system minimizes the number of manual transmissions, which increases reliability and simplifies maintenance.
- The Touch Control Panel (HMI) with memory function allows you to instantly switch between recipes for different calibers and types of shrimp.
- A three-level system for adjusting the height of the units guarantees perfect adaptation of mechanisms to a specific size of raw materials to minimize waste.
- The hygienic stainless steel design and independent waterproof control unit ensure stable operation in humid environments.
