Description
The STvega MM/ST/CB L3500/4000/4500 machine is designed for automatic washing or cleaning of various fruit and vegetable products, best suited for the following products: potatoes, carrots, beets, ginger, Jerusalem artichoke, sweet potato. It can be completed with soft brush shafts (MM), hard brush (ST) and combined shafts (SV) (hard brush + corundum), depending on the tasks and wishes of the client.
Inside the machine there is a screw shaft that continuously conducts products along the entire length of the machine and automatically feeds them for unloading into containers for finished products, on the inspection table or at the subsequent technological stage of processing. Fully autonomous operation.
The control control of the inverter allows you to adjust the washing/cleaning time of the product inside the machine. Depending on the quality of the raw materials, it is possible to adjust the processing process by increasing or slowing down the screw feed.
The machine adopts food-grade nylon wave wool and the upper principle of spraying, cleaning round materials. In the upper part, the nozzles are evenly distributed, and in the lower part there are circulating water tanks and circulating pumps. The tank is filtered and the nozzles have a stainless steel quick-opening cap. The motor adopts control drive inverter, 0.75KW drive motor, 1.85KW circulating pump power. The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, except for those related to electrical components and brush rolls.
The root washing and cleaning machine is great for medium to large production.
