The STvega Salad Packing Machine H800 is designed for packing and bottling into jars, bottles, and other packaging. It is widely used to fill containers with salads, pickles and other similar products.

Principle of operation:
The operator uses the touch screen to select the desired mode of operation of the equipment and starts the duty cycle. Then he manually feeds the container onto the table, where it is placed in front of an adjustable holder, which is suitable for different types of containers (individual production for the customer’s containers is also possible). The screw filler feeds the product into a measuring cup, which is selected in accordance with the selected volume (50-100 ml, 100-150 ml, 150-200 ml, 200-250 ml). The maximum volume of containers for filling with the product is 500 ml. When the specified volume is reached, the supply of the product stops. The pourer module then automatically fills the container, and the operator sets it aside and feeds the next container. The container filled with the product is sent to the next stage of production or sealing.
