Important: To achieve stable cleaning quality and correct operation of the equipment, it is recommended to use a calibrated product in the range of 3-6 cm, 6-9 cm, 7-10 cm.
Principle of operation:
The machine has a semi-automatic product feeding. The operator places the washed carrots (one piece at a time) in the loading hopper. Then, with the help of a pneumatic pusher, the product enters the cleaning chamber, where it passes through a set of discs with elastic knives that remove the skin. After cleaning, the carrots are unloaded through the appropriate port into containers for further processing, and the peel is automatically removed to the side through a special gutter.
