The STvega Apl Pel H400AU machine is designed to automatically peel apples, remove the core and cut them into slices as needed. It replaces the manual labor of several people and significantly increases production efficiency due to high productivity.

Principle of operation:

The STvega Apl Pel H400AU is equipped with a semi-automatic feeding system. The operator places the apples in the loading bowls, where their precise positioning takes place. Next, the gripping mechanism moves the apples to the transport rod, where they are fixed for further movement to the cleaning area.

In the peeling area, the apple rotates on its axis while the floating peeling knife gently peels off. All waste is automatically discharged into waste containers. After cleaning, the product proceeds to the stage of removing the core, and, if necessary, cutting into slices. The core also enters the waste container, and the processed apple is sent through the outlet compartment to the container for finished products.
