Principle of operation:
The raw material is loaded into the receiving tray, from where it enters the working chamber. Grinding occurs by intense mechanical stress: high-speed hammers break and grind the product against the inner ribbed surface of the chamber. The final fraction size is adjusted using variable calibration grids. The finished product is directed directly into the container through the discharge pipe, and the built-in aspiration system (fabric filter) effectively captures fine dust, maintaining the cleanliness of the working area.
Equipment advantages:
- The high rotation speed of the hammers, combined with the ribbed inner surface of the chamber, guarantees efficient and fast grinding of even hard, dry ingredients.
- The ability to install internal sieves with different hole diameters allows the operator to precisely adjust the degree of grinding of the product for specific technological needs.
- A special filter module acts as a dust collector and prevents the spread of fine particles in the air of the working area.
- Compact dimensions and desktop design make this mill an ideal solution for limited production areas, laboratories or food workshops.
- The simple and reliable design of the mill allows for quick cleaning and replacement of calibration meshes without the use of complex tools.
- The use of high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel ensures the durability of the structure and full compliance of the equipment with sanitary and hygienic standards.
