Description
Principle of operation:
The operator puts apples on special rods of the rotary mechanism, which securely fix the product. The rotating mechanism moves the apples clockwise, directing them to a floating peeling knife that gently peels off the skin. The thickness of the cut is adjustable depending on the requirements for the final product. After peeling, the apple enters the next stage, where the core is removed and, if necessary, cut into pieces. The number of segments can be changed using interchangeable nozzles. The finished particles are sent to the container for further processing or packaging.
