Description
STvega JH30 is a powerful industrial hydraulic press designed to produce juice from vegetables, fruits and berries by cold pressing. The technology allows you to extract juice without thermal effects and excessive friction, which ensures the preservation of vitamins, natural enzymes and organoleptic properties of the product. Due to the high efficiency (efficiency), the machine works efficiently both with primary raw materials and for pressing juice from the cake after screw extractors.
Principle of operation:
The prepared raw materials are loaded into an internal perforated container. With the help of a mobile external tank, the product is transported directly to the pressing area under the press. The juice extraction process takes place under the action of a powerful hydraulic piston, which provides uniform pressure on the entire mass of the product.
The squeezed juice passes through the perforation, is collected in an external tank, and discharged through a drain pipe equipped with a ball valve to control the flow. At the end of the cycle, the press rises, and the cake is removed to load a new batch.
