Description
The STvega Apl Pel machine is H3000AU used to peel, core apples and cut them into wedges as needed. The equipment has high performance, easy operation and maintenance, made of food-grade stainless steel SUS 304.

Principle of operation:
The STvega Apl Pel H3000AU machine has a semi-automatic feeder. The operator manually places the apples in the loading bowls, where the product is positioned. Further, with the help of a gripping mechanism, the apple is moved from the loading bowl to the transport rod, the mechanical dumper strings and fixes the apple on the rod, after which the product is moved by a conveyor to the cleaning zone. In the cleaning area, the product is positioned by a locking mechanism that begins to rotate the apple around its axis, while a floating peeling knife carefully cuts off the peel from the rotating apple. The cut peel falls down into the waste container. The peeled product goes to the next stage, where a special knife removes the core from the apple, if necessary, you can also cut the apple into slices. The removed core enters the waste container. Next, the processed apple enters the container for finished products through the outlet compartment.
Note: The machine does not peel a small part of the peel on the top and bottom of the apple.
