Description

The STvega F800 machine is designed for washing or washing and cleaning fruit and vegetable products, depending on the type of shafts installed in the machine. Best suited for the following foods: potatoes, carrots, beets, ginger, Jerusalem artichoke, celery root and other foods.

 

Equipment advantages:

  • Remote machine control unit – for maximum protection of the control panel from contact with moisture, prevention of water ingress from the machine, ease of operation in production, the ability to place at a comfortable distance from the machine to control the machine.
  • Built-in frequency converter (variator) – provides the ability to smoothly start the machine motor, thereby extending the service life of the machine twice, preventing stretching of the drive circuits. The ability to adjust the speed of rotation of the shafts, thereby you can control the quality of cleaning the root crop.
  • Timing function – the ability to set the time for washing/cleaning root crops on the control panel.
  • Swivel wheels – for the convenience of moving the machine around the workshop.

 

Principle of operation:

The product intended for washing/cleaning is loaded into the washing bath. The operator, using the remote control unit panel, sets the speed and operating time of the brush shafts and activates the operation of the machine. Water is supplied from above along the entire length of the washing bath in thin jets. The product is washed/cleaned using rotating rotating brush or corundum rollers for about 2 to 5 minutes (depending on the product and the degree of contamination). Waste water flows into the pan and can go through the pipe into a prepared container or directly into the sewer. Next, the operator opens the lid of the washing bath with the help of a lever and the washed/cleaned product enters the discharge chute, and from it – into the container for finished products or to the next stage of technological processing.

It is possible to install different types of shafts on the STvega F800 machine:

Brush shafts with varying degrees of rigidity:

for washing – shafts with a soft brush MM (any root vegetable);

for cleaning – shafts with a rigid ST brush (carrots, beets, new potatoes).

Combined CB shafts (stiff brush and corundum) for washing and cleaning root crops at the same time.
