Description
The STvega Pizza Dough Roller H100 machine is designed to evenly roll out pizza dough. The main advantages of this machine include keeping the rounded shape of the dough without damage. With the help of special rollers, the dough is given the desired shape and thickness. The thickness of the reservoir is adjustable in the range from 0.5 to 5.5 mm.

Principle of operation:
The operator adjusts the gap between the rolling rollers depending on the desired thickness of pizza dough. After that, he starts the machine and feeds a lump of dough on the first pair of rollers. After passing the dough through the rollers, the operator rotates the dough layer 90° and feeds it onto the second pair of rollers. Thus, a round workpiece of the desired size and thickness is formed. The finished workpiece is sent to the next stage of the technological process.
