Description

The STvega JMIX H2500 machine is used for grinding vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, apples, oranges, dates. It is an ideal machine for making jam, fruit and vegetable juice. This machine can be used as a standalone equipment or as part of a production line for the processing of vegetables and fruits by farms and food processing enterprises.

Principle of operation:

The raw materials for processing are fed by the operator into the loading hopper, after which they enter the upper chamber, where the product is initially ground through a perforated screen and the seeds and peels are separated, which are immediately discharged into the waste container. Next, the resulting pulp enters the second chamber, where it is ground through a perforated screen with holes of a smaller diameter, thus the juice is squeezed out of the pulp. The squeezed pulp is discharged into the waste container, and the juice flows down the chute into the container for finished products.
