Description
STvega Frozen Meat Slicer H430 is designed for slicing various types of frozen meat and meat products (pork, beef, lamb, sausage, ham) at temperatures from -10 to 0 °C. Operating parameters are controlled through a touchscreen display, allowing you to adjust the cutting thickness from 3 to 1000 mm.
The machine is made of food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, which ensures easy maintenance and cleaning, and meets international food safety standards. It can be used both separately and as part of a production line in medium and large enterprises of the food and processing industry.
Principle of operation: Frozen meat is placed by the operator in the loading compartment, where it is captured by a clamping mechanism. The product is fixed by four movable heads, which ensures a precise and even cut. The conveyor belt and clamping heads have a studded surface for reliable grip and transport of the product. Slicing is performed with a guillotine knife, which cuts slices of a given thickness. The thickness of the slicing depends on the speed of feeding and slicing, which are adjusted through the touch display. The cut pieces are transported to the container or to the next stage of processing. The optimum temperature of the product during cutting is -6 – -5 °C.
