The STvega Dough Mixer H series is designed for intensive mixing, kneading and whipping of various types of dough and cream masses to a homogeneous consistency in industrial conditions.

The design of the mixer provides for the planetary movement of the working body in combination with the rotation of the bowl, which ensures full coverage of the entire volume of the product and uniform kneading of even dense dough. Speed control allows you to adapt the operation of the equipment to different technological processes.

Models with a bowl volume of up to 120 liters are equipped with a manual bowl removal system. Mixers of larger capacity are equipped with a mechanism for automatic tipping or unloading of the product, which simplifies the unloading of the finished mass and increases the productivity of the line.
