Description

The STvega Tunnel DryChips H35 tunnel-type drying line is designed for continuous processing of vegetables and fruits in order to obtain high quality dried products. The equipment ensures uniform drying due to an efficient air supply system, automated temperature and humidity management, and convenient product supply and discharge. The line can be customized to the customer’s needs, taking into account the product and the required performance.

Principle of operation:

The raw materials intended for processing are fed to the inlet vibration table, where they are evenly distributed before the next stage of the technological process. After that, the product enters the first drying line, which consists of two sequentially installed single-tier modules of 12 meters each (total length is 24 m). In this area, the product undergoes intensive drying with the help of powerful fans and a hot air system.

Next, the dried raw materials are transported by a connecting elevator to the second vibrating table, where it is leveled again. After that, the product enters the second drying line, which includes three single-tier modules of 12 m each (total length – 36 m), which ensures the final deep removal of moisture.

The final stage is the transportation of the product using an unloading elevator to the cooling or packaging area. The entire line operates in automatic mode, which can significantly reduce manual labor and ensure stable drying quality.
