The STvega Meat Injection H380 automatic injector is designed for efficient and uniform introduction of brine or marinade into meat raw materials. This brine injector can be used to process pork, beef, lamb, fish, chicken, and other meat products. Its use can significantly reduce the pickling time and improve the taste characteristics of finished products.
Principle of operation:
Meat raw materials are fed to an internal conveyor that transports the product to the injection unit. Stainless steel needles are immersed in the product, and with the help of a high-quality German-made pump, brine or other injectable liquid is injected into the meat. The operating parameters of the machine are set through the control panel depending on the technological requirements. Thanks to built-in filters and anti-corrosion components, the machine guarantees accurate dosing and long-term operation. After processing, the product is fed to the next stage of processing or packaged.
