Description

The STvega Potato Destoner L3.3/4 drum machine is designed for washing food in order to remove stones, earth and sand. Suitable for washing the following products: potatoes, carrots, beets, Jerusalem artichoke, ginger and other products. This equipment is intended for use alone or as part of production lines in the food and processing industries.

Principle of operation:

The product intended for washing is loaded into the drum of the machine through the loading area. Depending on the type of product, the operator sets the drum rotation speed using a frequency converter, on which the washing process time depends. There are nozzles in the drum that spray water onto the product for rinsing. Debris comes out through a special cavity at the bottom of the machine. At the end of the washing process, the clean product goes through the unloading area into a special container or goes for further processing, if the machine is part of an automated line.
