Principle of operation:
Prepared raw materials, cleaned of scales and large bones, are loaded into the receiving hopper. Next, the product is fed inside the machine, where it passes through a rotating perforated drum. During processing, soft tissues are squeezed through the perforation of the drum, forming a homogeneous minced fish. At the same time, large bones, skin and other solid particles remain on the outer surface of the drum and are automatically separated by a special system. The cleaned minced meat is discharged through a separate outlet, ready for further processing and use in production.
