Description
The STvega Line Tray Sealer L1500 is a complete solution for packing and sealing finished trays with liquid products in a modified atmosphere. The equipment combines the function of precise dosing and sealing in a single automated system, which minimizes manual labor, increases productivity and ensures stable packaging quality.
The machine is suitable for filling and packaging products such as sauces, liquid semi-finished products, marinades, soups, beverages and other food-grade liquid products. With modern vacuum control technology and high-precision mixing of gases, the equipment ensures high packaging stability, increases the shelf life of products and meets the highest requirements for food safety.
The tracer can also be supplemented with a metal detector, a label printing machine and a rotary table for unloading finished products depending on the customer’s wishes.
Principle of operation:
The feeding system installs the empty trays in the loading part of the machine. Next, a given volume of liquid product is automatically dosed into each tray. After that, the trays are transported to the sealing chamber, where a high vacuum is created, the atmosphere is replaced by filling the trays with a modified gas mixture, and sealing with a film is performed. The sealing process uses a replaceable mold and a film tear protection system.
Once the cycle is complete, the trays are automatically unloaded for further processing or transport. All operating parameters are controlled via a touch screen and PLC, which allows the machine to be flexibly adapted to different types of products and packaging.
