Description

The STvega Dough Rolling Machine H520 is designed for intensive work in professional culinary workshops, bakeries, confectionery shops and food industry enterprises. It ensures a stable quality of dough rolling and allows you to get uniform blanks for further processing. The design of the equipment with folding conveyors is focused on the convenience of daily use and easy maintenance.

Principle of operation:

The dough blank is fed by the operator to one of two conveyors, which deliver it to the working area between the shafts. The distance between the shafts is adjusted by the operator according to the required rolling thickness. After passing through the shafts, the dough is automatically moved to the opposite conveyor.

The operator changes the direction of movement of the conveyor belt using a lever or foot pedal as needed, so that the dough can pass through the shafts repeatedly to achieve the required thickness. After the rolling is completed, the dough blank is discharged to one of the two receiving pallets located in the extension of the conveyors.
