Automatic conveyor sealer STvega Smart Sealer The H250 is an intelligent machine that combines the functions of continuous hermetic sealing and high-quality inkjet printing. The machine is designed for packaging a wide range of products in ready-made bags made of polymeric materials, aluminum foil and kraft paper. Thanks to the built-in labeling system, the equipment allows you to apply production date, batch numbers, logos or QR codes to the packaging simultaneously with sealing, making it indispensable for food, chemical and cosmetic industries.

Principle of operation:

The operator places the filled bag on the loading platform and guides the top edge of the bag into the guides of the input unit. The mechanism automatically picks up the pouch and moves it through the heat treatment zone using a conveyor belt. The package passes between heating blocks made of high quality copper, where a strong, sealed seam is formed under the influence of a precisely set temperature. Immediately after heating, the sealing zone passes through cooling units that instantly stabilize the material, ensuring the strength and perfect aesthetics of the seam. Simultaneously with the heat treatment process, the intelligent inkjet head applies the specified information to the surface of the bag. After the full cycle is completed, the finished packaged product is transported by a conveyor to the unloading area.
