Description
The STvega Chicken Feet Cleaning H150 machine is designed to remove keratinized skin and wash chicken paws.

The body of the machine is made of stainless steel SUS 304
Principle of operation:
With the help of the operator, unpeeled chicken legs are loaded into the drum of the machine. Inside the drum there is a rotating bottom, rubber cleaning pins are located on the walls and bottom of the drum. The bottom rotates in a fixed drum, with the help of which the chicken paws are mixed, which, when rubbed against rubber fingers, are cleaned of skin. During cleaning, water is supplied to the drum to wash off the removed keratinized skin. Hot water is used to achieve the best effect. Cleaned paws are unloaded through a special chute into containers for finished products. The process of cleaning the paws should take place immediately after scalding operation.
