Description
The STvega Chicken Nails Remover H150 machine is designed to remove claws on chicken legs. The equipment has a high productivity – from 150 to 300 kg/h, depending on the skills of the operator.
The machine is made of stainless steel, equipped with height-adjustable legs. The equipment has high efficiency, easy operation and maintenance, all moving mechanisms are closed with protective covers, which makes the equipment safe during operation. Principle of operation:
The product (chicken legs) is fed into the loading windows, where, due to the geometry of the loading window chamber, each finger of the chicken foot enters the corresponding channel. The inner chamber houses five constantly rotating rotors with two removable knives on each. The claw is removed by pinching it between the bed of the loading window and the rotating knives. The extended claws fall into the drive mounted inside the desktop.
