Description
STvega Blanching Screw is a continuous industrial equipment designed for heat treatment (blanching) of vegetables, fruits, legumes and other products. Thanks to the screw conveying system and intelligent steam control, the machine ensures perfect uniformity of heating, preserving the color, texture and nutritional properties of raw materials.
Principle of operation:
The raw material is fed into the inner chamber, where it smoothly moves through a built-in spiral. The screw rotation speed and the time the product stays in the chamber are adjusted using the touch screen. Two high-precision sensors continuously monitor the temperature, transmitting data to the combined steam control system. This allows you to maintain a stable processing environment, avoiding overheating or insufficient thermal action on the product.
