Description
The STvega Dicer H600 industrial machine is designed for high-performance cutting of vegetables and fruits (potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, apples, etc.) into cubes or strips. Depending on the type of raw material, the equipment is equipped with flat or sawtooth blades, which ensures ideal cut quality for both hard and soft products.
Principle of operation:
The product is loaded through the hopper and enters the rotating drum, where, under the action of centrifugal force, it is pressed against its inner wall. The first knife cuts the product into slices, the thickness of which is manually adjusted by adjusting the outlet. Next, the raw material falls on disc-shaped blades, which cut it into bars (the width of the bar depends on the distance between the blades in the block). The third knife performs the final cut into cubes, after which the finished product enters the container through the discharge chute.
For the processing of soft raw materials (tomatoes, kiwi, strawberries) and some hard vegetables, it is possible to supply water to the cutting area to minimize mechanical damage:
- For soft foods, water provides a smooth glide, which allows you to maintain a clear cut shape and the integrity of the fruit.
- For hard products, moisturizing prevents the dispersion of raw materials (reduces the formation of “flour”), and also reduces friction, extending the service life of the knives.
Equipment advantages:
- The three-dimensional cutting system ensures that a calibrated cube is obtained with high accuracy of geometric dimensions.
- The high-carbon steel of the cutting elements guarantees a long service life and the absence of torn edges on the product.
- Remote control panel on the ergonomic rack provides easy access and ease of control of the machine.
- The ability to reinstall the drive belt allows you to change the speed of rotation of the drum for gentle processing of delicate products.
- The high location of the discharge chute makes it possible to use bulk containers or integrate the machine into existing lines with conveyors.
- The thick-walled stainless steel housing ensures that the structure is resistant to vibrations and aggressive environments.
