Description
The STvega Mix Salad H2500 drum mixer is designed for uniform mixing of chopped vegetables, leafy salads, herbs and other ingredients. The machine ensures gentle mixing without deforming the product, preserving its structure and appearance. At the request of the customer, it is possible to complete with a conveyor feed and individual production according to the requirements of a particular production.
Principle of operation:
The product is fed to the mixer receiving hopper manually or by means of a loading conveyor. The drum with the blades installed inside rotates at an angle. Due to the inclined arrangement and rotation of the drum, the product is gradually stirred as it moves along the working area. As a result, the components are evenly mixed without damaging the structure. At the end of the cycle, the mixture is automatically unloaded into the container for finished products. For convenience, a dispenser is provided for adding spices or other additives directly during the mixing process.
