The injector directly injects a pre-configured brine concentration (pickling liquid) through a special needle. According to the process needs, the saline injection machine can adjust the step speed, step distance and injection pressure. Principle of operation:

The STvega Meat Injector H300 automatic injector for meat products consists of an injection machine and a brine container with a filter connected to each other. The equipment is connected to the mains and provides automated injection of brine into meat raw materials by repeated piercing with injection needles.

The product is laid out by the operator on a conveyor, which moves it to the injection area.
