Description

The STvega Product Stacker H500 is an automated conveyor system designed to synchronize work between different pieces of equipment in a process line. The machine ensures stable transportation and precise feeding of raw materials to subsequent stages of processing, which minimizes manual labor and optimizes the pace of production.

Thanks to the use of premium European components and the SUS 304 stainless steel version, this stacker is an ideal solution for food industry enterprises with high reliability requirements.

Principle of operation:

The product is loaded onto the conveyor belt manually or received automatically from the previous section. A highly sensitive optical sensor is installed in the discharge area, which detects the presence of the product and controls the feed cycle to the next machine. The operator can flexibly adjust the belt speed in the range from 5 to 20 m/min using a remote control panel, adapting the paver operation to the current line performance.
