The STvega KPel L1000/2000 machine is designed for knife peeling of vegetables. A high-performance, easy-to-use machine designed to peel root crops and vegetables of round or oval shape.
Principle of operation:
The product is loaded into a special hole, then it enters the machine and is cleaned inside with water and rotating knives. After cleaning, the product enters the previously installed container.
