The STvega Unloader C1 industrial tipper is designed for automated unloading of raw materials from standard process trolleys to receiving hoppers, conveyor lines or work tables. The equipment allows you to significantly optimize the production process, minimizing manual labor and increasing the level of safety at the enterprise. Principle of operation:
The technological trolley with raw materials is installed in special seats of the lifting mechanism and securely fixed. After activating the actuator, the hydraulic system smoothly raises the vat to the specified height, gradually changing the angle of inclination for complete unloading of the product. Thanks to the smooth running of the hydraulics, the operator has full control over the process of discharging raw materials, avoiding splashing or loss. Once unloading is complete, the mechanism automatically returns the empty trolley to its original position for the next cycle.
