STvega CHD 4100 is an automated equipment designed for the industrial production of a wide range of semi-finished products: from classic dumplings and dumplings to authentic manti and samsa. The design of the device allows you to combine the processes of dough preparation, precise dosing of filling and final formation of the product into a single continuous cycle. Principle of operation:
The dough and filling are loaded into the respective receiving bins. During the working cycle, the dough passes through a system of forming shafts, where it is rolled out to a given thickness and fed into the molding zone without loss of elasticity. At the same time, the dosing system delivers a set amount of filling. Next, the product is mechanically formed with the necessary geometry and a tight connection of the edges along the entire contour. The formed semi-finished products are automatically brought by the built-in conveyor to the unloading area for further processing or packaging.
