Description
The STvega Check Weighing H1000 automatic checkweigher is a high-precision equipment for flow control of the weight of finished products. The machine is integrated into the production line for automatic checking of each unit of goods for compliance with the specified parameters. The use of the checkweigher allows you to completely exclude the ingress of defective product (with underweight or overhang) to the consumer, ensuring strict quality control and compliance with packaging standards.
Principle of operation:
The system operates in a dynamic mode: the product moves along the conveyor belt and passes through the weighing area without stopping the flow. The high-speed Japanese controller instantly reads the data from the load cell and compares it with the range set by the operator. If the weight corresponds to the norm, the product goes further along the technological cycle. If a deviation is detected, the system instantly activates a pneumatic pusher (rejector), which removes the defective unit from the line, accompanying the process with light and sound alarms.
