The STvega HDFS<\/strong> <\/b>80<\/strong> machine is designed for delicate slicing of whole fish into steaks or individual parts with high precision. The design of the equipment takes into account the specifics of working with the soft structure of the fish, which allows you to maintain the shape and presentation of the product after cutting. Thanks to the modular system of knife blocks, the user can quickly change the cutting format – for steaks, cutting off the head or making cuts along the spine. <\/p>\n

<\/strong>Principle of operation<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fish is fed by the operator to the receiving conveyor. The V-shaped conveyor belt ensures a stable position of the carcass during feeding, preventing it from shifting. As it moves along the conveyor, the fish passes through a knife block equipped with serrated blades that rotate at high speed. The blade unit wetting system with nozzles minimizes friction and prevents fish particles from sticking to the blades. The cut product is moved further along the outlet conveyor to the next stage of the technological process or to the collection container. <\/p>\n
