<\/span>The STvega Belt Cutter Mini<\/b> is a compact and highly efficient piece of equipment designed for quick and accurate shredding of greens, vegetables and fruits. The machine is ideal for working with leafy lettuce, Chinese and white cabbage, bell peppers, zucchini, leeks and celery. Thanks to the double adjustment system, the slicer allows you to get precise slicing in the range from 1 to 25 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Principle of operation:<\/b><\/p>\n

The operator stacks the raw materials on a conveyor belt, which transports them to the cutting area. Before contacting the knife, the product passes through a clamping mechanism that stabilizes and securely fixes it to achieve a perfectly even cut. Direct slicing is carried out by a rotary knife rotating at high speed. The thickness of the pieces is manually adjusted by changing the ratio of conveyor and knife speeds using two frequency converters. The finished product is automatically unloaded into the prepared container. <\/span><\/p>\n
