The STv<\/strong>ega Dicer H800<\/strong> vegetable cutter is designed for cutting vegetables and fruits into strips and cubes, including potatoes, carrots, beets, onions and many other products. The blades of cutting knives can be flat or sawtooth depending on the product being cut. <\/p>\n

Principle of operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product is loaded through a hopper, then enters a rotating drum. Centrifugal force presses the product against the inside of the drum. The first knife cuts the product into slices, the size of the outlet adjusts the size of the output product, can be adjusted manually. Next, the product falls on disc-shaped knives, which cut it into bars. The size of the bar depends on the distance between the knives in the block. The third knife cuts the product into cubes. The cut product through the discharge chute enters the container for finished products. <\/p>\n

For cutting a soft product (tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, etc.) and for some fairly hard foods, it is possible to supply water at the time of cutting to reduce damage to the product:<\/p>\n
