<\/strong>Principle of operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The operator exposes the product vertically along the length, placing it on the lower holder and fixing it from above by pressing a special handle with the upper holder. Next, depending on the position of the peeling knife, it starts the machine by pressing the yellow “Down” button if the peeling knife finds at the top, or the green “Up” button if the peeling knife finds at the bottom. The product begins to rotate around its axis. The spring-loaded peeler knife is pressed against the product and smoothly lowers down or rises, removing the outer layer of the peel from the product.
