Principle of operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product is placed on the conveyor by the operator or by means of a feed conveyor. Large foods such as white cabbage must first be divided into halves or quarters by the operator. Further, the product from the built-in conveyor enters the cutting area, before falling under the action of the clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism positions the product, firmly fixing it with the help of a “movable” pressure head, which gives a better and smoother cut at the output. The cut product enters the container for finished products. <\/p>\n
