The STv<\/strong>ega HDFS 100<\/strong> slicer is capable of cutting meat and meat products into longitudinal parts of a given thickness. If necessary, you can change the thickness of the cut, while replacing the knife block. The machine is suitable for slicing chicken, fish, meat, bacon, etc. Sharp cutting blades allow you to qualitatively cut a chilled product of any complexity (including sinewy, greasy, with films). <\/p>\n

Principle of operation<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product is stacked on the conveyor belt by the operator or supplied by means of a feed conveyor. Further, along the conveyor belt, the meat is sent to the slicing area, where it falls under the action of horizontally located disc knives and is cut in accordance with the specified dimensions. The thickness of the meat cut depends on the distance between the knives located in the block. The cut product enters the conveyor belt of the outlet conveyor and goes through it to the container for finished products or to the further processing stage. <\/p>\n

Note:<\/em><\/strong> This machine is not intended for cutting frozen and frozen food, as well as foods with bones (except for small fish bones).<\/em><\/p>\n
