Principle of operation:

The operator loads the product into the receiving compartment. The product is pricked on a special rod that transports it to the cleaning area. In the cleaning area, the rod rotates around its axis, while rotating the fruit itself, while the pillar knife gently and evenly removes the skin. The remains of the peel are sent to a special container for waste. If necessary, a horizontal knife trims the upper part of the fruit. After that, the product is moved to the pit removal area, where a special knife simultaneously cuts off the pulp on both sides, leaving a core with a bone, which is then transported to a waste container. The cut pulp is collected in a separate container.
