STvega Tray Sealer H760<\/strong> is designed for vacuum packaging of products in shallow trays, followed by hermetic sealing with a film using skin<\/em> technology. During the packaging process, the film adheres tightly to the surface of the product under the influence of vacuum, exactly repeating its shape and completely eliminating air from the package. This creates the effect of a neat “tightness”, which significantly increases the visual appeal of the product and ensures its secure fixation in the tray. This type of packaging minimizes the contact of the product with oxygen, slows down oxidation processes and allows you to preserve the natural color, texture and freshness of meat, fish, seafood, ready meals and other food products. <\/p>\n

<\/strong>Principle of operation<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The operator installs the trays with products in a molding die, which is placed in the middle of the vacuum chamber. A packaging film is stretched over the trays. After that, the operator lowers the chamber lid and starts the packaging cycle. Inside the chamber, air is quickly pumped out by a powerful vacuum pump, which ensures a tight fit of the film to the surface of the product and the walls of the tray. At the end of the cycle, the operator lifts the lid of the chamber, manually cuts the film around the perimeter of the trays and takes out a sealed sealed package with finished products. <\/p>\n
